marble bathroom led lights large balcony
I found the marble in the bathroom very nice. Bright LED lights were there. The balcony was quite large. It was three times the size of my room. I liked that the cable car was right next door.
The carpet in my room was quite dated.

old carpet no telephone
The location was good, with easy access to slopes.
The room carpet was old and VERY dirty. It looked it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. There were cut nails and hair strands all over the carpet. there was no telephone in the room, and no staff was available after 9 pm.

Really good Stay with Matterhorn Views
helpful staff convenient location professional receptionist spacious balcony
The staff was cheerful and helpful. I appreciated the proximity to the lift for Furi. The receptionist was professional. Both receptionists seemed to really enjoy their work. I found the free shuttle bus a convenient option to the station. A lift made access easier within the hotel. The balcony was spacious. It offered great views.
The walk to the hotel was up a steep slope.

The bathroom had modern updates and included very hot water. My room was spacious enough. It also included a large balcony. The balcony offered an unobstructed view of the Matterhorn.

The breakfast offered a nice variety of food. I could request specialty coffees like latte macchiato. Fresh hot omelets were available from the kitchen. The view from the breakfast hall was amazing.

This place stands very near the cable car station. I found this location very convenient. It's about a short walk to the free public bus. I found it useful to reach the station and the village centre.

lucy at reception offered great suggestions. she gave me great advice for a walk. breakfast was nice and i looked at the matterhorn. laura in the restaurant was great too. she remembered my coffee order.
